An excellent alternate mix of an already great album, highlighting an entirely new mood just with some loving tweaks and a mutual respect from artist to artist. While the original cut of “Circuli” feels more adventurous, a few changes turns its mood to a halfhearted melancholy, something which the medium of downtempo synthwave lends itself well to. As another side of the album coin, 𝐺𝑂𝑅𝐸’s take on this album is something I wholly recommend after a full listen and appreciation of the original.
